BOP sign off - Site - Sign off on site roads and individual lay down areas during construction phase. Site Supervision of BOP contractor at project execution phase until completion.

Vessel Chartering Feasibility - Budget Costs, Vessel Options, Optimized Stow Plans / Batch sizes.
Ports Assessment - Identify options for best Ports of Export and Ports of Import - Risks / Opportunities
Alternate shipping opportunities - Port facilities available to utilise other vessel types, potential backloads with regular exporters / importers.
Chartering Tender & Contracts - Tender management, contracts, Budget / Risk Register implementation / Management
Vessel Chartering Operations- Booking of vessels, Loading / Discharge operations, shipping trackers / reporting, Contract Management

Biosecurity Management - Biosecurity Management Plans, Inspections / Cleaning / Packaging at factories, Ports of export & import
EHS Supervision for Port Logistics operations - Review subcontractor documentation & reporting
COR Inspections - Conduct routine Chain of Responsibility Audits & Reporting
Dangerous goods storage and supervision - documentation review & reporting
EHS Supervision for Project Site Logistics operations - Review subcontractor documentation & reporting

Port Storage Planning - Optimise Port storage layout and utilisation of storage space.
Vessel Discharge Supervision- Align & Supervise vessel, stevedores & transport to work safe and efficiently.
QA Port Operations - Component receiving / QA inspections at vessel discharge and storage operations. Notice NCR's and Claims to liable parties for damages.
QA Preservation & Damage Repairs -Preservation of components per owner storage manual, Manage damage repairs processes.
Port Loading - Supervision of all loading activities from storage to project site

Installation & Logistics Interface - Coordination with BOP/Installation contractor / teams to develop the optimised project delivery sequence / schedule.
Delivery Schedules - Manage 3 x week look ahead delivery schedules on a day-to-day basis.
Site Unloading -Supervision of un-loading operations at site manage operations interface between transport and un-loading crane crews.
Budget Management - Approve invoices, payment claims, implement strategies for further savings.
Contract Management - Transport subcontract Management

QA Checks - Component receiving / QA inspections once unloaded to lay down at project site.
Damage report / Costs / Repairs - Any damages in transit determine cost, physical repairs, Issue / manage NCR's & Claims to liable party.
Procurement replacement parts -Assist Installation / Commissioning teams with costs / shipping of spare parts as required.

Budget Implementation - Develop optimised strategy for return cargo back to origin including RFQ's.
Site Staging / Backloads - Collect all returnable cargo from site and sort / store at central laydown for collection back to port of export.
Shipping Documentation - Implementation of all shipping documentation for each shipment - Document control and reporting included.
Shipping of cargo to Origin - Door to Door shipping of cargo from Australian port to origin factory location
Scrap Metal / Container Sales - Management of scrap metal at port / site, facilitate with any shipping container sales.
